The existence of a third primetime slot on radio has been acknowledged and reinforced through the consistent top ratings achieved by 90.7 Love Radio jock John Gemperle, a.k.a. Papa Jack, who goes on board from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Through his programs True Love Conversations and Wild Confessions, Papa Jack has created his own  niche on a timeslot whose all-time record high in audience ratings was achieved only by Johnny Midnight’s “toning” sessions back in the late 70s and early 80s.  This time, however, Papa Jack’s coterie of avid followers include a wide spectrum of male and female listeners from a vast age range who are titillated by the callers’ brazen description of their sensual “exploits” as confided to the radio jock.  Akin to a 1-800 operator who patiently listens to their giggly narratives, and engages his audience as broadcast voyeurs, Papa Jack has captured the hearts of radio listeners who have found in him a ready confidante and adviser.
